We were taking a tour of the college campus on our way through to another stop. The staff was amazing and recommended the attached restaurant, Mi Tierra. The restaurant food was awesome and service was great! We arrived late in the evening, so we took our food to-go, back to the room. The room was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with a service dog. We can't wait to visit again. We'll definitely be staying here again. The pet area near the back was perfect (and clean)!!!!

The breakfast room was easy to access and there were multiple stairways to get to the rooms as well. The lobby staff were always very nice and helpful with any questions All of the light fixtures and outlets worked at this location so I call that a double win.

Breakfast wasn’t great. same thing every CB single day. Other hotels with complimentary breakfasts woukd have something different ( at least in the hot items. I do not eat sausage and scrambled eggs were awful. Sorry just didn’t want to eat same thing every single day.

There were five of us and they gave us a suite with two separate bedrooms, a living room with pull-out couch and a small balcony. Having two bathrooms was really great for so many of us. There was also a dorm-size fridge and microwave. The suite was roomy and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Since we brought dogs, it was very helpful that there is a small fenced dog run! The location is mere minutes from the Prescott Resort where our trade show was being held.

Room was extremely clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable! I asked for extra pillows and they were waiting in our room when we got back per our request. Mike at the front desk was very friendly. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations. Food was tasty and there was a nice selection of hot foods- eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, pancakes, waffles, etc! And my husband (the coffee snob) complimented the hot coffee! Wow, because he rarely does that! And little touches like Philadelphia cream cheese for the bagels instead of a cheap off brand. We will use BW for our future stays in Prescott!

I did like the breakfast. It was very good. But i really enjoyed the homemade oatmeal. The last day we stayed there there was no more homemade oatmeal. I asked the young lady that worked and she said they were no longer offering it because they were throwing to much of it out. I do not like microwave high sugar instant oatmeal. Please put this back on your breakfast menu. I almost forgot the coffee that this placed serves is outstanding the best we ever had from any other placed we stayed. Please don't switch brands.

Stacie, the receptionist was great. The systems were down but she was very professional and efficient in the way she handled it. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The whole staff was so friendly and helpful and nice. I stayed there a total of eight nights. Also, the breakfast was so good. I love biscuits and gravy and the cinnamon rolls are so good! The cook there is the nicest person and so friendly. I can’t say anything negative about my stay. The staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The rooms are clean and nice and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel to Prescott.

The bed, pillows and blankets were great! Very quiet and no maids banging on the door too early. Manager gave us an extra 10 minutes as we were running late. Will definitely return.
